A stunning French fireside lounge chair produced in the 1970s, attributed to Maison Regain. Simplistic angular form with sophisticated wood joinery and amazing inset leather detailing. Solid elm frame. The original leather shows tons of patina. The silver rivets add a beautiful contrast against the cognac leather. Something to see from every angle. The frame has been very gently sanded and waxed and is in lovely vintage condition. The leather, which shows lots of patina and wear, is strong and sturdy, and the chair is ready for use.
