A stunning original late 1940s example of Isamu Noguchi's classic coffee table. All original. Light wear to sculptural wood base - minor scuffs, a couple small dents as seen in photos. Original lime green glass is absolutely stunning - they simply don't make it like this anymore. Lots of small cosmetic micro-scratches to the surface which adds so much character to the table and tells its age. Two small chips to the bottom edge of the glass, as seen in photos. Otherwise this beauty is structurally perfect and just absolutely stunning. SO much nicer than the new ones. To us, this piece is perfect as is, with all it's character and "imperfections". Large aluminum pin holds the base together. Museum piece!
Condition: Minor scuffs and wear to wood base. Light cosmetic surface scratches to top of glass. 2 small chips to bottom edge of glass. Perfectly imperfect.
